I come up with new 30-day challenges every other month for myself, and I make sure to adjust them according to my needs and situation at the time.
This month I set my challenges around two basic motives: getting some regular exercise and taking a break from my phone. So, it looks like this:
- Workout every day for 25 minutes
- Prioritize your workout
- Turn off and put away the phone
- If you’re on the phone stop scrolling
