I remember reading a title similar to this one (it was 15 habits) and was intrigued to check those habits. I then noted 10 of them down as a reminder to myself. Here are those 10 habits that I’m sure will make sense for some of you as well:
- They exercise
- They get enough sleep
- They spend money on other people and help them
- They pick a skill and master it
- They slow down to appreciate life’s little pleasures
- They have deep conversations
- They have a growth mindset
- They’re proactive about their relationships
- They treat themselves
- They observe happiness in other people and make an effort to be happy
